First time customer. Too small of a portion for price. Ordered mangolian beef, way over cooked it was dry and tough. Not a fan!

We attended the Peoria location at Arrowhead on Thursday for early dinner. My friend was violently sick with diarrhea and vomiting for two days. I called the manager not for anything but to warn him of possibly bad products. We also found a cockroach 🪳 on our table while there. The manager's response was very disappointing, he could not wait to hang up on my. Just to clarify, I don't want anything from them. Service was actually great but due to manager's response, I don't think I will ever eat there again. I know I am just one of millions of customers but I am one less. We brought the cockroach 🪳 incident to the attention of the server by the way and she was very apologetic.

There nothing that can beat good food, a well made drink in a clean happy environment! This couldn’t all be true without Abel! He is fabulous to work with, has made my family and I feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of, and has allowed for us to create a place to where I can spend time with family away from home. Thank you Abel @ PF Chang, White Plains!

Our server, Brock was very helpful and talked to us about scenic locations and fun experiences. The food came fairly quick and it was delicious!😋

Today's PF CHANG isn't what the restaurant started out to be. Sure, the ambiance is great, but the food has taken a downturn. Example: When we ordered an appetizer, they use to bring to the table 4 components so you could mix your own sauce to go with the app. Not any longer! And if you ask your teenage server for the sauce mixes, they have no clue what you're talking about. Entrees use to be fresh & creative. Now they taste like mass-produced frozen entrees. This deterioration is a shame because they have a unique niche but have bastardized their product.

This was the 2nd time in the past couple of weeks that I ordered food for pick-up at the Ann Arbor, Mi. location. Both times my food was over 30 minutes late from when it was promised in the confirmation email that I received. The chicken was tough and not good. I'm done with this imitation Chinese food, there is better stuff out there.
