They keep saying they'll see why my order hasn't shipped in a couple weeks. All I get is crickets. I will never order from here again if they don't make it right!

I placed an order before I realised I can’t import assassin snails into Australia. It’s illegal. I have sent two emails to petzone asking them to cancel the order and refund my money and there has been no response from them and it’s been over a month.

Fish arrived dead. When ordering I did not even see an option for next day delivery. There were no measures taken in the packaging to insure the fish would arrive alive. I ordered the Fluval Plant 4.0 from y'all and was happy with that transaction but this not so much. I really would like to get the fish I ordered due to no shops locally here carry them. I just can't afford the compete purchase again. Thanks

Terrible customer service from this place stay far away ! They sent me a partial part of my order that I had filled in with the Corys I was trying to get … within 24 hours every one of them was dead tgey shipped to Fl in july with no ice pack :( they literally boiled …..They had the Corys were not able to ship now its been over 1 month they still have my $200 plus dollars and they charged a ridiculous shipping fee of $60 !!! Takes ocer a week for any reply from them !!! Stay away

my order Order #36860 was Pogostemon Helferi Platinum Aquatic Farmer Tissue Culture for 34.99 bucks but received a simple helferi for 12.99 bucks. e-mail received after many tries that they want to make things wright but apparently won´t happen........ contacting via e-mail, fb or whatever nearly impossible.....

Description of fish I ordered was not even close to what I received. I way over payed for a fish that was described as 2.5-3.0 inches and it ended being less than an inch in length.

I have purchased from your establishment before i put in a new order just past week i ordered 4 Tetras and two pearl gouramis. I received my Tetras but have not received gouramis. so i sent another text to find out why. It took emails to get someone to finally respond the they asked if I would be willing to go with something else, i said sure, so I ordered something else. i have yet to get a response back from them, yet to get the my fish and I do not like being treated like this i spend good money on my fish but to be ignored is totally uncalled for, so I will Reconsider Before I order from you. i was A repeat customer. There you go
