Well I paid to reactivate my dogs pettable ESA but I was told that I had to fork out another $50 to get new paper work that isn’t expired for me to move into an apartment with him and I’m not doing that I payed $99 definitely not worth paying for if I can’t get new papers without having to spend more money.

speed is good, legitimacy is good. forms option is a little dissapointing though i got what i needed relatively quickly

My therapist missed my initial appointment due to his sons soccer game, which is understandable. But it was a little frustrating that it took 5 days for us to coordinate a new time for a 5 min call. And that I had to get customer support involved. However, I appreciate that the therapist apologized and delivered the esa letter within 24 hours after the phone call.

Pettable was very helpful in getting everything I needed accomplished and super quick to respond. However, my therapist, not so much. He seemed as if he could careless about talking to me, even though it was $150 to talk for less than 10 minutes and get an ESA letter. I then had to pay an extra $30 for a form I needed filled out instead of the regular ESA letter he provided, and I have had it uploaded for a week, messaged him, then pettable reached out to him, and he still has not gotten back with it being a week now.

Pettable sent me an email requesting customer feedback, which is fine. They offered a $10 refund with the review. I left a review which was mediocre and did not receive a $10 refund. This experience leads me to believe that they are incentivizing customers to leave 5 star reviews.

The therapist I worked with was professional, however they did have some delays in the documents that I needed which resulted in the whole process taking about a month. This impacted me because I needed to apply my animal before I move in, but other than that it was a good experience.
