I didn’t know how in-depth the evaluation would be to get an emotional support letter. I felt that the forensic psychologist challenged my responses to the questions and forms that I was required to fill out in such a way I felt to not approve me. I appreciate the money back guarantee as I felt misled that I was guaranteed to get the letter and wasn’t approved. I felt disappointed but glad I could get my money back.

The 24-hour turnaround took more like 72-hours. I scheduled my appointment on a Monday and didn't get to meet with a therapist until that Thursday. Once I met with the therapist I was quick to get my letter, but at that point I'd already lost out on a rental property that I was trying to lease because I wasn't able to apply quickly enough.

The site does not say anywhere that you have to have a previous diagnosis of need, which might seem obvious to some, but was not to my 81 yo MIL. Website says you will talk with a "mental health profession for a consultation to determine if you qualify for an ESA". MIL was extremely upset. However, Pettable did refund the fee promptly which translated into two of the three stars for the review. At this point I can't recommend Pettable because if you already have a previous diagnosis you should be able to get a letter from your own Dr/Clinician without the charge. Just my perspective.

Content was good and my dog can do most of what needs to be done to fly on airline and be a service dog. I just feel stuck with the next steps.

Thankful to have gotten my ESA letter. Though interacting with the Pettable social worker to abtain my ESA was difficult to say the least. She was anything but friendly and came across rude. I had scheduled my call on my birthday (which was the soonest I could get in) and she rescheduled later in the day (of which I had birthday plans). I asked for a partial reimbursement only because if I were to reschedule I'd have to pay an extra $50. Of which she said it was "only" moved back a couple hours. The social worke did not give me a chance to talk about why I needed my animal. Our call was supposed to take 15 minutes, but she hung up after less than 4....Pettable has a nice service, but they WILL charge you for everything "extra" you need, like forms or changing ANYTHING in your meeting. They seem (from my experience) to care more for the money than the people. If you need your ESA letter Pettable works, just do not expect (if you get the same social worker that I did) to be treated with any genuine kindness.

Quick fast service. But the letter was poorly typed. I am hoping that it will pass for legal purposes and not fraud, WE will see I haven't used it yet. I will give 5 stars once I use my form and it all works like its supposed to.

The sites were easy to use and straightforward. I made my application and created appointments without trouble, however I had my therapist appointment canceled only 2 hours before due to an event on the therapist's behalf interfering. The next week rolls around for my rescheduled appointment and once again only a few hours before the therapist cancels, and says they aren't capable of handling my request, so I was once again forced to reschedule because the 3 weeks since I established my profile had gone without anyone confirming the real compatibility between the proclaimed "perfectly matched therapist". The new one I was handed to had only 1 day available per week for the next 2 months and all at inconvenient 10-1 times on a Monday, which for any normal 9-5 is very incompatible. Currently waiting on my 3rd scheduled appointment which still isn't for another 2 more weeks. Despite the claims of fast service I've been given little information or comfort that this process is going to pan through and can only worry for my appointment to get canceled the day of once more. On top of my fight to even get into an appointment, I continually receive promotional emails nearly every day of the site begging me to rate them, well here I am, and I doubt they're happy with a report like this.

It was tough getting started. Didn't get the email instructions or link. Don't like having to be the trainer. Don't think i will be successful. Watched the 1st video. Wasn't impressed. It was just information, most i already knew. My expectations are low. I've already started thinking about getting a refund.
