DO NOT USE THEM!!! I was ghosted by my own professional for the first meeting and then got a call 6 hours later without any apology or excuse. He also has NEVER responded to any of my messages before. Spend the extra money and find a company who has the decency to respond. I wish I could give them a zero.

My appointment went fine and I received my letter. The problem is they got my name wrong in 1 of the paragraphs and I've been trying to get it fixed since. I have messaged the therapist on the website, emailed and talked to customer service and have gotten no where. My letter is still incorrect. I paid alot of money and am not getting the service I should be. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. This company raves about being helpful which is why I chose them. I have gotten no help from anyone.

The landlord didn't accept the letter

I did not receive my order, I never received my consultation from the dr. I attempted to reach out to reschedule and never got a reply. I have attempted to get a full refund.

Dr. Contreras was not helpful at all. My university denied my letter several times because Dr. told me it was illegal for what they were asking for. Under housing and the Disability Department it was not. My university even contacted him directly and he never got back to my messages or theirs.

There is an expiration date on my ESA letter while usserviceanimals.com does not have any. Usserviceanimals provide the letter same day, also update it and provide legal council depending on customer requests. Pettable took 2 days to give the letter and then refused to update my letter and remove the expiration date. I hate having wasted money on pettable.

Hello, Just want to share with you that at the beginning of the process when we saw the advertisement we thought we could get any possible certificate and you don’t explain that it’s needed to have a previous treatment in the case for the pdh, with any historic with medicines and psychiatric therapy, we realized that when we already paid for the service we were pending to evaluate the case. And this is what we did not expected at all, at the end I got the emotional support certificate but again it isn’t the reason that we reached out to you, you did not help me with anything at all.

I called several times because the PDF went to the wrong phone and I asked for a hard copy to be mailed to Sal Mamone and he never received it! I was very disappointed with this service!
