The customer service is responsive and helpful, ensuring that all my inquiries were addressed quickly. Plus, the checkout process was smooth, and my order arrived on time, well-packaged, and exactly as described.

These people made a plush version of my beloved cat who died earlier this year. There is a little zip underneath him for his ashes. It looks like my cat and is very special. It can appear costly especially for us Aussies but it truly was worth every penny. I was unsure about ordering too but I can testify that they are legitimate and they do a great job. Took a while to arrive and I was a bit nervous that I had been scammed but they emailed to keep me up to date and sent me photos to approve before sending. Very happy customer, Thank you ❤️ Australia

Hi Student, Thank you so much for your kind words! We're so happy to hear that the plush version of your beloved cat brought comfort to you. We’re honored to have helped create something so special, especially with the zip feature for the ashes. Your trust in us means a lot, and we’re thrilled you’re happy with the final result. Thanks again for choosing us!
Ok so lots of people are saying Petslify is a scam and their plushie doesn’t look exactly like their pet but I have been so happy, my cat passed away 4 months ago and I got a plushie of him and it’s the double of him. I started crying when I opened the box. Absolutely outstanding. I wish I could add a picture!
