Hey Jackie, as our product as helped many dogs within a couple of days, it's stated on the inserts to wait 2-3 weeks, of continue use, before seeing results. Would you mind deleting this review and in 2 weeks you will be emailed a "PRODUCT REVIEW" to leave your honest opinion. Many customers buy because of these reviews. And I welcome all reviews, I just ask that we have a fair timeline before providing a negative review. Also, if after two weeks the chews are still not effective. You can increase dosage buy a 1/2 a chew. We also see a lot of instances where the chew wasn't ineffective but your dog is allergic to their food or something they are exposed to daily. Unfortuantely the chew wont be a effective if its competition with an acute allergen exposure. You may want to eliminate certain foods or items (candles, cleaners, oil scents) to see if that helps your dog. Just a couple of tips as we want to give the best chance of helping your dog as it's helped thousands of other dogs. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks Chris Founder

I just checked tracking and it shows that it was delivered to the local facility today, which means it should be at your door in the next couple of days. Once again I can only apologize for the delay and stress USPS has caused as PetScy has no control over them. However, we are now live on Amazon if you’d like to avoid the USPS handling your package in the future. I will continue to monitor your order and if it’s not there within the next couple of days I will take action. If you’d like a refund simply deny the order when it arrives and I’ll refund immediately once tracking updates or once we hit the 21 day mark the package is considered “lost” and we will refund and file a claim with USPS. As for sending a new order. We would, if we thought it would get their quicker than then the original order. As for a free item. If you order again from our website (excludes Amazon), respond to this review letting me know and I’ll throw in a free shampoo with your next order. Thanks Chris Founder.

Hello Vickie, we understand that not all dogs may benefit from our chews as every dogs underlining condition may not be solvable through supplements. For the dogs that are suffering due to nutrition, or chews are very effective. I went ahead and cancelled your orders. Also, this is a review for service. Hello Harold, I see you ordered our Joint Chews and received them less than a week ago. With all supplements especially Joint, please 3+ weeks of consistent use for results. Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that your dog had an adverse reaction to our chew. From your description it sounds like your dog may be allergic to an ingredient in our chews. Especially since your dog also had an adverse reaction to the Nutra Thrive as a lot of these products share some of the same inactive ingredients. We once again apologize as we truly created this company to help pets. However, 0.001% of dogs may be allergic and we have no way to prevent these occurrences except for providing the ingredients before purchase and leave it to the owner's discretion. As you can see your review was posted as we don't shy away from negative feedback. We learn from it. All of our reviews are in fact real. We use Trustpilot as they have a system to make sure that the reviews are real. That being said, we have helped thousands of dogs from suffering. Do we help all dogs? Absolutely not as every dogs underlining condition varies and not every dog can be cured by nutrition/supplements. If your dog is suffering I would consider eliminating certain foods, activities, and household items to see if you can find the causing factor. My first suspect would be their food. My dog is allergic to certain brands and certain flavors. We wish you had a better experience with our product as it's helped tens of thousands of dogs. Reviewing our database I cannot locate any request for cancellation from the email on file. Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that the product was unable to help your dog. Our products have helped thousands of dogs but every dog is different. Your dog's underlining condition may be to severe for our supplements.. Also, is there a chance that your dog is exposed to an allergen consistently? Such as their dog food or cleaning products in the house? As you can imagine our chews wont be effective if the dog is consistently exposed. Just mentioning as this has happened with previous customers and once they found the cause and removed, our chews were highly effective with relieving their remaining symptoms. Thanks, Chris Founder

Hello Cindy. I apologize as I answer every review and somehow I missed this one. As you may or may not know. USPS has had its challenges since Christmas with deliveries being on time. Only happens to less than 1% of orders but that's too many in my book. You also had the double Whammy of being located in Texas as that snowstorm caused orders to be even further delayed. Due to these delays we have moved our products over to Amazon. One Time Purchase are available now but you will soon be able to order our products on "Subscription" through their platform and take advantage of Amazon's quick delivery.
