Yes, I agree. It did take too long. DHL appeared to have drop the ball as it sat in their Orlando shipping warehouse for 3 days. I apologize and can promise you that's not the norm. I am also sorry or happy for you that your son is better looking than poop. Chris Founder
I’m frustrated I ordered The Last Word 1 can and got 7. Also a charge over $100 I Didn’t ask for . Oh well I don’t need any for months

Hey Daniel, I’m also working on improving our branding and wanted to clarify a few details. After reviewing the order, it shows that you selected the one-unit subscription that ships monthly. I’ll go ahead and cancel that one-unit recurring order for you. The order also indicates that you accepted the post-purchase upsell, which offers certain customers a 5-pack at a significant discount. This upsell requires the customer to confirm the charge twice before it is processed. Let me know if I’m missing anything, but based on how the system is set up, these steps are designed to help protect customers from accidentally placing an order. Everything started out just fine, I was looking at the cost and because I live on a fixed income I can only do so much. Before I could finish it stopped me and wanted me to up my order. I kindly refused but it came at me again. Finally I was able to get the package that I could afford. There's one more thing one part of your website says 90 day garentee while another says 60 day garentee. So looking on I found another area that says 90 days. I hope your word is truthful.

Hey Lee, I just checked our ticketing system and it shows that we responded on Monday shortly after you reached out: " MCS Support Monday Hi Lee, Thank you for reaching out to us! As requested, we confirm the cancellation of your subscription. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know." I dislike that the next shipment, it was an automatic shipment and an automatic withdrawal from your credit card. I received my first product 12/2/25 and they went and took out another shipment payment 12/19/25. This wasn't even a month between withdrawals. I canceled my order because my dog doesn't like to take them so I will have to spend time and money to send the second shipment back.

Trying to place order without an automatic subscription was very difficult. As was determining the non subscription price.

I don’t know if it’s helping or not as my dog is still constantly licking. I hope that changes!
