We have 3 Yorkies —they were groomed beautifully and were ready on time

The staff is very friendly and actually know my dog when she goes for daycare. We also visit dr Bassett and are so pleased with his work.

Have enjoyed taking the girls to Pet paradise, the staff has done an awesome job during this crisis, my only issue with the curbside check-in was having to take off the girls collars and personnel leashes to then put on a skinny slip leash, kind of nervous when you have a super excited dog, it would be so easy for the dog to slip out of the leash and be gone without any identifying tags, but hopefully now we can start checking them back inside the office...as always Pet Paradise and staff rock!!

During this COVID 19 experience, the staff have been great. They are taking the necessary precautions to make the experience safe for both the client and their owner!
