We thought the programmer was very good. Dogs well looked after and appear to have had a great experience. We are not sure we would recommend the camera option. It was hard to disguise our. dogs from the others. Camera’s too far away from the dogs ,visabilty not clear enough. We were in Canada and would have been very helpful to be given an approximate time window , in which we could try and see our Furry Babies.
