The staff at Pet Paradise University Jacksonville Florida is awesome! They make your pet feel just as loved as at home and make sure they have fun but stay safe. I use both day camp/boarding and grooming - we have been a loyal customer for 4 years. Love the Instagram photo updates and the webcam - also the NFL dog park is amazing! My Charlie (lab) and I feel like they are family.

I started using Pet Paradise seventeen years ago! I cannot say enough about them. I would not use anybody else to watch over our pets. I highly recommend👍👍👍👍👍

We brought our two Australian Shepherds to the no-charge introductory daycare session. The facility is very clean, and the people who work there were very kind and caring toward our dogs and they were very helpful to us in answering our questions. When we picked our dogs up, they were clean and not stressed out, and we were advised that they were placed in play groups with other like dogs and did very well. We have not left our dogs there overnight yet, but we have a trip coming up, so we will have the opportunity to do so shortly. Based on the daycare experience, we have confidence that our dogs will be well-treated.
