Hi Gary, We replied to your email yesterday offering to get a replacement canvas out to you, and asked for a quick photo of the one you received so we could see exactly what you were looking at. We never heard back from you. That reply is still sitting in your inbox, and the offer still stands. Nothing needs to be sent back. Just reply to it, or reach us at [email protected], and we'll get this taken care of. — Pete, PetMorph

Hi Christina, Thank you for the kind words about the portraits, and I'm sorry about the canvases themselves, a loose wrap around the bottom edge isn't the standard we hold ourselves to. I wish you'd had the chance to tell us first, only because this is the easiest thing in the world for us to put right. We'd have replaced both immediately or can offer a full refund, and that offer absolutely still stands: two fresh 8x10s, remade and re-stretched, at no cost and with nothing to send back. Keep the ones you have. Email me at [email protected] and I'll get them moving the same day. We'll make this right. Pete PetMorph

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — and I'm so sorry to hear the portrait didn't capture Shannon the way you hoped. We work hard to make every portrait feel true to the pet, and clearly we missed the mark here. Our preview-first process is designed exactly to prevent this — every customer can see the result before paying and regenerate as many times as needed for free. It sounds like the photo may have been ordered as a gift without you seeing the preview first, which is heartbreaking when the result doesn't match your dog. We'd love the chance to make this right. If you email us at [email protected] with your order number, we can either remake Shannon's portrait from better photos or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We respond within hours and we'll always do whatever it takes to fix things when something isn't right.
