Customer support has greatly improved. Products are amazing!

2025-09-16 UPDATE Customer support has certainly improved. I am glad to see that responses are within a couple of days (not the week or so delay from the past). I and my fur babies are definitely enjoying their products. I got the PLAF103 5 Liter Granary Wifi versions to replace the old gravity kibble feeders. Plus I replaced my PLAF008 AIr Feeders with the Wifi connected PLAF108, loaded them with treats so I can use them to reward my babies when I call them to their dinner table. Within a few days, they have learned to respond to my calls to them through the security cam speakers. PetLIbro has definitely made it easier to continue being connected to my fur babies when I am on the road! So bumping up this review to 4 stars. (Will add the last star when the app and PLAF109 improves. Still need ability to re-order all my devices on the app dashboard. PLAF109 is still a bit buggy. I'll probably order another one and see if it has improved.) 2025-08-05 UPDATE PetLibro Customer Support eventually reached out, apologized and immediately issued a full refund for the defective PLAF109 that they sent me. Although it was a frustrating few days because I was rushing to set up the feeder right before my trip, I do understand that PetLibro is a young organization and are still working on the kinks of their processes and their products. I very much appreciate the improvements they have made in pet feeders. So I am updating this to 3 stars and changing the title of my review. It would be for our good and our pet’s welfare that they continue to improve and grow. Hopefully, they will get their QAQC more effective, and I sure hope that someday they update the app and enable pet parentsto allow their pets more than just 4 hours to graze on their wet food ---------------------------------- 2025/07/28 ORIGINAL POST No Customer Support, just bots This is the worst company/website ever. Their products are a gamble to buy. I thought purchasing from them directly would be better - it is worst. There is no real customer or product support. Only a chatbot that forwards your message to someone who may or may not respond to you after over a week of waiting. Not only that, the wet feeder they sent me was defective - the bowl just keeps on spinning! But they have not responded to any of my emails or chats. After a week of no response, I am asking for return/refund or replacement. But still no response. If you really want to try their products - do not buy directly from them. Go to a shopping site that has real customer service andf will accept your return if the unit you get is broken. Avoid PetLibro.com at all costs!!!
