Made the chip experience easy

Very important to us to have our dog microchipped. He is a runner so we never know when he might get loose and run off. This gives us extra security in knowing that he can be traced.

Total scam. Called to change the address of my pet's ID from the shelter where I got her to my address and the customer service operator told me she could do that. I paid the fee. But later found out the pet was originally registered with a different company and petkey was not able to actually change the address. The customer service operator should have been honest and told me I had to contact the original service that registered the pet to change the address.

Thank you,my dog is with her dad.if anything goes wrong I want to know that she will get home safe. I don’t want anything to happen to her.though we share custody

Everything that I have experienced is positive. Fast shipping. Easy ordering. One thing that I'd recommend is to have different sizes of dog tags. The one I received is too big for my dog to wear.

Registering my puppy for lifetime was easy. Now I know if he gets lots I have a higher chance of getting him back.
