Never Responded I thought i used the promo code for my purchase and realized i hadn't. i emailed them to ask how to proceed in order to use the promo code and never received a response.

I ordered a replacement id # tag for my dog. The mailing address is correct, but I never received it (was charged for it). After a few emails I was told they would send another, which I also never received. Still don't have one, will just go to PetSmart & have one made.

This is a good idea for our dogs to have a ship, in case they get loss.
