Store is clean and well stocked. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My puppy enjoys his visits.

I’m so thankful for Petkey, because of the ease of registration for my pet, the low cost, and of the notifications of other pets that were missing.

Friendly and helpful customer service. I was concerned about receiving the tags before we left for the summer and tags showed up faster than anticipated. Haven't had to use the finder service but I'm confident that if our little one gets away from us they will bring him back to us rapidly.

I emailed them when I had not received Tucker's ID tag and they called me back within minutes. I received his tag the next day. Hopefully we will never have to give a rating on finding our dog but so far we are pleased.

We have several dogs that have been microchipped. The one company stated that we never paid the life time membership and the dogs weren’t registered. Found out that Pet Key could handle all of our accounts. Spoke to a lovely young lady from Customer Service who helped me do just that. Now I truly am at ease that God forbid our dogs get lost we have a good chance to get them back.
