I ordered a tag for my dog and it still has not arrived. That was over 2 weeks ago.

Never having done this before I was at a loose. I think I did things right. I will know when bug gets lost. Thanks Susan

There is no way I can give an accurate review. I contacted Petkey, signed up my cat and that was that. They were business like, courteous and efficient. I have had no more contact with them I don't believe.

I never have lost my dog again but it is nice knowing they will be able to find where he belongs.

Their website to sign my cat up was very easy and they were very responsive when I called with a question. I would definitely use them again

Haven't had to use it yet, but feel secure it's there.
