Really easy. I feel

Pet Key is a professional company dedicated to the safety of pets. I had a question regarding my pet having 2 microchips, and a representative took the time to look up the information, and to direct me to the company in charge of the second chip. I ordered a tag, and it arrived quickly, and I feel more comfortable that we would get our sweet boy back if he were lost.

No friction was encountered. I have no one/company to compare this service from. I am satisfied with this purchase.

I’m very happy with the service and our new pet

Very disappointed in my purchase. The $45 "registration fee" and the $15 microchip tag were a complete waste of time and money. I never got an order number, confirmation number, or tracking number. The tag finally arrived over 3 weeks later with no updates. The lettering on the tag is crooked and very unprofessional looking. My cat wore the tag for one day inside and the coating is already being scratched off. I emailed PetKey informing them of all of this and asking for a refund. Instead I got a voicemail from someone named "Steve" saying there must just be some confusion on my end. NO APOLOGY AND NO PROMISE TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. What a complete waste of $60.

We had our puppy microchipped at the same time she was spayed. This is the first dog we have had microchipped. She is such an important member of our family, and it is reassuring to know we can reunite if she ever gets lost. Thank you, PetKey.
