I didn’t receive the right tag I ordered, I ordered the dog bone and got the regular tag,everything else is good.

I had to make a new account when my first year was up. I found it strange that I could use the same tracker num. even when I was still getting emails about my old "active" account that I could not use.

I expected to receive a metal tag for my dogs collar. Instead, I received a piece of wood in the shape of a heart with writing on it that was illegible. My dog has chewed the wood and the tag is gone.
