Very easy to register our new puppy. I made a mistake giving the phone number to be printed on the ID tag. They sent a replacement at no charge.

My daughter and her boyfriend (at the time) had bought a dog together, however, he was listed as the owner and she had been paying for the dog. They had broke up and herself and the pup moved back with me. I was trying to figure out how to get the dog in our name and was very upset and concerned that even tho my daughter was paying for Guinness, her name was not attached to him at all. The girl I spoke to was very nice and understanding and was such a huge help in explaining the process and this calmed me. She was a lovely girl and shows great compassion in her work.
