He was very helpfull, I didnt know if my chip was still connected with new address and all. And how important was it that my dog wore a collar .

I rescued 2 shelter dogs from Kwait. I registered their micro chip numbers and ordered tags. At closer examination of their passports I found their names were switched. This means the chip numbers were also switched. I called Petkey and explained and they said they would gladly correct it on their site and correct the ordered tags. Problem was 3 weeks later the tags came with the wrong numbers and one was the wrong color. Also the correction was not made on the site. All is corrected now. It took me making a second phone call and lost time in shipping to get a problem resoved that should have been handled with the first phone call.

EASY TO REGISTER

This was so much easier to do than I expected. The tag came right away & immediately put it on our dog. Our dog is such a big part of our family. We feel much better knowing she has a rescue tag & all that goes with that. It is like insurance for your dog!

HOPE TO NEVER USE. JUST PIECE OF MIND TO KNOW WHEN FOUND THAT HIS CHIP WILL SEND HIM HOME.

We ordered a heart shape tag. Our telephone number is not correct. We have called and emailed, but we have no service.
