As far as I can tell, this company stole my money.

I took over ownership of a cat that had been chipped and I thought that the price was rather high for just having to transfer her into my name, but other than that all went well. The person I dealt with was very nice & helpful.

With the prompt response of the previous owners, PetKey updated the new owner information for our dog. We received the new owner packet with new PetKey tag for our dog in less than a week.
