Very helpful with transferring old owner who owned the dog to us who rescued him! Love the tag and the information card about the dog that they send. Also love what you have access to on the website about your animal.

I had ordered a name tag for my puppy, when I received it we put it on the collar and puppy chewed it, the blue rubber piece was hanging off, which was unacceptable as puppy could chew it up, you did send me another one which did the same thing, they are not worth $15.00

Pet Key responded very timely to my request for a new tag for my pet Dotty. The information to identify her was worn down & I was sent a brand new type tag at no charge. The new tag is much better material 7I believe will last much longer. I had it in a matter or 3 days. Pet Key does a great job for pets. I see emails of lost pets & as soon as found PetKey send out the good news. I hope I never have to use it for that reason though. R S Mugford Fairborn OH
