PetkeyReviews of petkey.org

This service is 100x better than Home Again! I phone, get a live person immediately. Took only a minute or so to register my dog. Bought the ID tag because Petkey answers their phones. Removing the ID tag of Home Again because they don’t answer calls or emails.

I’m so happy that I called and got my dog Taz registered in my name. I also learned that he was born on my birthday which means a lot to me. Taz is a unique dog and I love him very much. Thanks to Petkey Taz and I were meant for each other.

this program is so easy!

Ease in changing ownership for a rehomed pet.

Thank goodness I haven't had to use their services yet. However, if I ever do, I'm sure their services will be most appreciated.

I purchased the one year membership for my cat, and noticed that I received an email with a $10 discount on the lifetime membership with a coupon code. I was trying to upgrade using the coupon code I received in an email and my coupon code would not work. I called the center and explained my situation and the lady on the line was cutting me off and going through the process so fast. She upgraded me and charged me $10 for a ID tag, now my balance was $20 more than what it should be ($10 for coupon, $10 for ID tag). I explained I don’t want the ID. She already charged my card for everything before confirming my purchase and what she was typing in was correct !!!! She explained my card would be credited back! She never gave me the $10 discount using the coupon code if I upgrade, had to wait 4 business days for the $10 for the ID tag I did not want to credit back to my account and she put in my cats profile DOG !!!! My advise SLOW DOWN AND ACTIVELY LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS !!! Moving fast is not a desired behavior in your job if it’s full of mistakes !!!

Excellent info/response from agency re: their service.

It’s such a relief to know my pet is microchipped. This is a wonderful business, very helpful with my order. I am very pleased. Highly recommend.
