The website was very easy. I just wish there was a yearly or lifetime discount for multiple chipped pet's so we could have all our pets chipped.

The representative that I spoke with was extremely helpful, as it had been 14 years, and a missing dog later, that I realized that I hadn't filled out the necessary documents for my dogs chip. Since I had all the paperwork from when I got my dog, she was able to help me with my paperwork. I would highly recommend this company for your dogs chip

After several moves and deaths (family and pets), I was looking for my pet's chip #. The original chip manufacturer no longer was in business. Pet key was able to set up tracking and information for my pet. Very friendly, helpful and effective.

Very easy to set up for my boxer .

I never knew that the chip was just information being saved. I figured it would have been tracking the location of the puppy as well. However, it isn't very bad since it builds a safer community.
