I love the fact that I can feel safe knowing I can find my boy if he ever gets lost.

Did not know there is an additional fee just to register the chip. Absolutely ridiculous, would not have gotten pet chipped had we known this.

It was simple to do

It was a good experience overall. The only problem I had was that I had 2 cats to register and I had trouble, it kept looking like I was paying twice for 1 cat. I couldn’t see where there was a separate transaction for each car. But I figured it out. After I paid to register I then got an e-mail to purchase a life program. It would have been easier to do it as 1 transaction.

I found the website confusing. My vet had said this was a free service with micro chipping my pet. I couldn't navigate the service unless I gave a cc # and chose a service plan. I haven't had to use the service yet. If the time comes when I have to use it, hopefully it will be more user friendly.
