Didnt know that my cat literally has to be turned in after being lost in order to get her location. Smh didnt know that before i wasted both our time and money. So mad....😠😡😠

I am a new member because this company was chosen by the breeder so puppy was already microchipped. I did not know that this company was based in the U.S. but that was fine until I read about the package you were to receive if you signed up. I contacted the company to say I was never told about different packages and what as a lifetime member does my pup receive AND I was told absolutely nothing because we are in Canada and they don't ship here! So a 3 star rating because we are new and haven't needed to use their services and because they don't honour their word!

Registering was so easy! I'm not totally tech savvy but didn't have any problems.

Tried to reach ANYBODY .YOU TAKE MY MINEY QUICK THOUGH .MY DAUGHTER HAD REGISTERED AND FORGOT TO TELL ME.So you registered both of us with t he same number .
