Petite PWRReviews of petitepwr.com

I started working with Petite PWR in 2024 when I finally decided I was serious about becoming the healthiest version of myself. As an entrepreneur, my health was always the first thing to fall off my priority list. I was stuck in the cycle of losing weight, gaining it back, binge eating, starting over, and never really understanding what my body actually needed. Petite PWR completely changed that for me. They didn't just hand me a meal plan, they taught me the fundamentals. I learned how to track macros, prioritize sleep, build sustainable habits, and understand how a body recomp works specifically for petite women. Instead of chasing quick fixes, I built a foundation that still serves me today, two years later. Today, I genuinely love lifting weights, stepping on the scale to see my progress, and I finally feel confident making decisions that support my health long-term. I am so much stronger mentally, emotionally, and of course physically thanks to this Petite PWR team. But what really makes Petite PWR so special is the people. April has the most genuine, supportive, big-sister energy. She creates an environment where you feel safe, encouraged, and never judged, no matter where you're starting. And what's even more impressive is that every coach she's trained carries that same culture. The consistency across the entire team is incredible. If you're looking for a program that teaches you how to create lasting results—not just lose weight for a few weeks—I can't recommend Petite PWR enough. They truly have everything you need for every step of the journey from building a habit, to creating a lifestyle, and ultimately forming an identity that will last a lifetime.

I started with Petite Power (then Smalletics) in 2021. I learned SO much from my initial program with them that when a new program was offered led by April, the founder, I jumped in! THAT program was life changing for me as I began recovery from a binge eating disorder. April was so inspiring and understanding and uplifting. I even worked with her one-on-one for three months- a transformational experience. Petite power has some really amazing and knowledgeable coaches and staff. They are science and research based and also lead with a human and well-being first mentality. I would recommend (and have) to any petite looking to learn more about their body and feel more powerful in their body and in control of it. I have learned so much about nutrition and progressive overload workouts and how important strength training is - especially for petite women. I truly think about the things I learned in my multiple programs every single day.
