I was able to connect with a customer service person quickly. The sales person I talked to was so personable and knowledgeable. It was so easy to order a new tire for our golf cart. And it came quickly! Tytyty!

Ordered some inner tubes for my backhoe recently .....I wasn't sure of the valve stem type so I used an invoice from Pete's for the same inner tubes I ordered 3 years ago. When the new tubes arrived they had the wrong valve stems. Called Pete's and talked to Amy who promptly researched what happened and sent out the correct tubes the same day. I returned the other tubes for an even swap.. Big thanks to Amy for her great service!

Only place in the U.S. that had the tires in stock that I needed. Let me tell you, even the manufacturer said they were national backordered with no production in the near future. They promptly shipped and arrived within a couple days from out of state. Will definitely be checking with them the next time I need a set of tires.
