Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! We’re glad Carlos and Nancy could take some of the stress out of a difficult situation with your apartment management. Carlos staying responsive to your questions and Nancy helping with the additional paperwork is exactly the kind of support we want every client to have. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with both of them, and we appreciate you recommending us!

Thank you for your feedback. Your letter was sent on October 9 with a text confirming the upload, and our phone number and email are listed on our website in case of any questions or concerns. We first learned of the issue through your review, and as soon as we did, we reached out and resolved it within an hour. The letter opened normally on our end, in our system, and for your therapist. You’re correct that federal law doesn’t set an expiration date for ESA letters. However, most landlords require a letter issued within the last 12 months, and because it reflects a current clinical evaluation, much like a prescription, therapists recommend renewing it annually so it stays accepted. We appreciate your feedback and are always here if you need further help.
