There were a couple of bumps but service was really good overall Joy was great about keeping in touch and the quality of your product is wonderful The main thing is that my daughter was thrilled with the gift,as was the puppy, so thank you!

My custom print for my dog munchkin was perfect. I love pet creatives and am planning on ordering more items for my friends with pets ahead of the holidays.

The product itself deserves a 5 star, but I did receive the wrong art and that had to be corrected. I still have some one else's little dog and some one has my girls. That being said, I did get the replacement in time to have it framed, at a 50% premium, and get it shipped across country for a gift.

Aside from delivery not being here when expected, everything else was great. Company refunded the shipping for me also. Love the picture!

I love our piece so much, my husband freaked when he saw it. It’s been a good source of laughter!

4 stars only because the website wasn't very clear in shipping times, and I never received any notifications about it being shipped or tracking info, etc. I finally reached out to customer service and received tracking info, and then received my package that same day!
