The personalized mug was perfect. It shipped promptly and arrived well packed against damage and was exactly what I wanted. A nice big coffee mug at work that can’t be mistaken for anyone else’s!

My experience overall was great. I had a strange exchange with one employee who sent two pictures of the same item and asked me to figure out the difference as I was questioning a price as opposed to explaining to me why there was a difference. He sent two of the same pictures instead of two different pictures. But my overall shopping experience with PersonalFury has been good.

I was very pleased with the posters I received. I lost several animals over the years and at the time memorial options weren't presented to me, so seeing my fur babies on something that I can cherish other than a photo is wonderful. I can't wait to see what they do on my most recent purchase of my dogs. Carol Ann
