Ordered product based on the chart…
Ordered product based on the chart size. Was to small, asking to return the product they will not allow me and offering only 1/5 of the value in a refund. Horrible customer service.

The sizing on the website is not…
The sizing on the website is not accurate, ordered the wrong size, was not allowed to returned the product for a full refund, or exchange. Was offered 1/8 of the value for a refund. Horrible customer service and experience.

Lost in transit?
I have been waiting since early January for my items. Despite repeated requests I haven’t received a working tracking #. It is now late March, and despite their claim that they re-shipped the items last week I am still waiting for the tracking #.
