My experience with Perl Mortgage was much better than I had expected. A few years ago I was purchasing another property in Alaska and the process and time was horrible. Eventually I did finally purchase that property but overall it took over 6 months. With Perl Mortgage they were not only professional but very efficient. And when I had questions they were very quick in dealing with my questions and concerns. I would definitely use them again and I HIGHLY recommend them.
