Brad took car of our needs from start to finish, always answering any question we had and he did it in a timely fashion. Liz also helped handle the paperwork for the loan and did a great job organizing the file and didn't ask for the same documents over and over. All in all it was a pleasurable experience to do business with Brad and he will be the first person I contact the next time I need a mortgage.

I'm pretty sure I am the least educated borrower out there! I asked 1000 questions and re-asked the same questions. Ryan Byrne answered them... over and over again. Ryan took the time to understand what I was willing to spend on a house payment and he worked with me so that I looked for homes in MY rang. He also connected me with insurance people that were the same way. Mr. Byrne came to my closing and when they told me what I was signing... he "interpretted" for me!
