George did an excellent job of having an answer to my questions/concerns and being available as I needed him. Any issues/misunderstandings we did have, he resolved them quickly, with no real impact to me and my expectations. I would not hesitate to use George or Perl again.

Honest and quick to close We worked with Kimberley R. She was always available by email, quick to respond, honest, and got us as many discounts as possible. Great representative of your company. We ended up closing in 45 days.

It was great to work with Cindy Piaza again. She was incredibly patient and communicative with my client. She was receiving assistance from an older family member who need a lot of explain and details regarding the process. Cindy was fantastic! She made the deal happen and we had a few issues but she worked really hard and got the loan done. Would use Cindy again in a heart beat.

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Perl Mortgage and especially our lender, Shelley Malkin. Shelley had worked with us on a previous home purchase, and the quality of her work was above and beyond both times. She made us feel like we were the only clients she worked with, answering our emails quickly, willing to phone conference with us, and always staying on top of paperwork and connecting with our realtor. Shelley even called me on a Saturday evening and went through paperwork with me after I emailed her a question. My husband and I felt completely prepared for our closing, as Shelley had prepped with us and given us an exact closing cost amount. Shelley even came to the closing to congratulate us and make sure everything went smoothly. Shelley and her team at Perl were outstanding, and I would highly recommend them.
