Everything was excellent from the very beginning to the end. Linn with his guidance, & Anna is a real super star! Anna is helpful and supportive, and took lots of time to answer my many questions. Tom Thornock came to our home for the closing, and we felt very comfortable signing the papers with Tom. Linn, Anna and Tom all represented PERL Mortgage well! Thank you Joyce Moore

Beth is amazing. As a first time home-buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns as I knew nothing about the process. She was extremely patient with me, answering all my questions and put me at ease. She gave us the best rates from the start (we did comparisons with other companies) and was very responsive to any questions I had and in providing me updates. I had heard many stories about how painful the process could be and how issues can come up, but Beth made sure we had a smooth experience and we did not experience any issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend Beth and PERL Mortgage to anybody in need of mortgage services.
