I had John Skoglund in Minnesota work on this rather unique loan. Even though I live in Colorado. He made it very simple for me and thoroughly explained everything to me. I really appreciate all the effort he put into it along with the Colorado office! Thank you.

PERL went the extra mile with newbies like us. They made sure we understood the process. Although the process seemed scary and confusing, PERL made sure we had all of our questions answered.
