I have purchased three watched from Perfect Rolex, and each experience has been FANTASTIC!! I received every watch within two weeks of ordering them, and was kept in the loop as to where it was during the build, shipping process!! Their follow up is fantastic as well! I highly recommend Perfect Rolex!

I ordered 2 Rolex watches one of which was the Submariner and the other a Daytona. The Daytona was a bust meaning, I heard something rattling internally and the next day it stopped working. Customer service reply "it is beyond our 30-day warranty period". The Submariner seems to be holding up pretty well and looks beautiful BUT if you leave it off your wrist for longer than 24hrs, it stops keeping time - what a hassle! I have to keep winding it up over and over. I spent around 500+ collectively but the value IS NOT there. I definitely do NOT recommend this company as if something goes wrong after a month you are out of luck:(. Order #PRIO28741/25435 Customer #63205

Ordered a rolex sea dewler 3 weeks a go it just came in ! The rolex box is amazing and the watch is top qualitey honestly i am amazed bu the quality and especially the service is excellent they called several times to update the delevery ! Thank you

I read all the reviews here so I thought there would be a pretty good chance that I’d get a nice replica watch that would last for between 1 month and a couple of years. It’s been 33 business days since they acknowledged receipt of my payment and the watch still hasn’t even shipped. They told me that the Swiss watches take a little longer but that all watches ship from Hong Kong. That’s confusing. I assume they don’t keep all the watches in stock and that is what causes the delay. I will keep this review up and provide periodic updates until I receive the watch. At this point, it seems doubtful that I will receive the watch. I am now attempting to get a refund. UPDATE: They did refund my money but kept 10% for no reason. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UPDATE UPDATE: I got the full amount back. Still, be careful and don’t buy from them without accepting the risk.

I had an exceptional experience on ordering a single watch. Watch looks good, Gold Presidential. Includeded was a screwdriver, for removing links to size, not used it yet tho. Have my own complete jewelers kit I use. Support kept me informed of status of order, texts, emails, calls. I was very surprised. Watch came in about 7days, disclaimer said 10-25 shipping days. Happy so far. JW
