We help businesses with their employee screening needs: criminal background checks, driving histories, drug testing, education and employment verifications, etc. We are transparent with our aggressively low pricing, listing a la carte prices right on our website. Small and medium sized businesses typically save 20-40% when switching from a large legacy provider. Our digital integration with data sources allows us to quickly complete reports.Nothing is more important than customer satisfaction, and to that end all customers have a direct communication line to the business owners. We also believe that it's important that everyone, regardless of criminal history, has access to meaningful employment. Because background checks can limit options for folks with a record, we give a portion of profits to organizations that assist those individuals with finding work.We offer a range of background check services from criminal background checks to education and employment verification to a full social media search. Thank you!
I am grateful to have found Perfect Fit. They are not only the best value, they are wonderful to work with, especially Travis (who patiently answered all my onboarding questions.) The website is easy to navigate, and the team is friendly, responsive, and follows up. My experience with Perfect Fit has been far superior to my experience with one of the biggest names in the business. If you are looking for a great background check partner, I highly recommend Perfect Fit.

I loved that Travis walked me through exactly what needed to be done on my end. Also, when my applicant was having trouble, he got the issue resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for the opportunity to earn your business!
Hello, I've only done one check so far, but the turnaround time from start to finish was impressive. I also appreciate the owner of the company reaching out to me right away to make sure that my experience was what I had expected and if there was anything that would have made it better. That is customer service! Thanks again.
