Jorge's is unfortunately being very dishonest in his review. Jorge started service at the beginning of July 2026. Shortly after starting service, his payment got declined and his account was suspended as a result. Jorge continued to refuse to pay for the work already completed. He claimed that he never meant to sign up, so a support rep reviewed Jorge's original call with him and showed Jorge where he clearly said he was excited to get started. Jorge also acknowledged the amount he would pay and start date of service. You can listen to the call yourself here: https://www.PerfectClick.ai/documents/jorge_chacon.mov Jorge continued to lie and say he never agreed to be charged despite the clear evidence linked above. We try to help clients who have honest issues, but Jorge was rude and kept lying, so he was ultimately sent to collections.
Jenna is the best. great at communicating and follow up.

Update I received a request on my google my page today through a calendar that was left on my page on purpose and it is requesting me to call them back so I can pay to receive this information I have asked now for over 2 years to take it off and no help was offered now I have proof. So let me get this straight I hire you for leads the leads you then put a funnel page and an appointment calendar on my google page, I let you go because your leads suck and you never undo your funnel page you planted? I paid you for help your the technicians you want to send me a link which I tried to do and cannot for the life of me figure it out. This is why you guys suck and your ratings continue to drop. Instead of going in there yourselves and doing it you want me to undo your mess. Had the nerve to ask me today for $19.00 to give me a lease when it’s on my page 2 and half years. You’re a joke and now I have proof. You’re lucky I can’t put pictures up on this site but if anyone wants proof I have it. A bunch of crooks.

This person originally left a 5 star review describing how profitable PerfectClick was for their business and how happy they were with the customer service: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/sh2vX7dSWok However, Daniel changed his review to be 1 star after he asked us to make edits to his own Google maps listing and we explained multiple times that we do not have access to his personal account to make those changes. In an effort to be kind and helpful, we emailed Daniel written instructions and links to YouTube videos showing him how to make edits to his own Google maps listing. He refused to follow the instructions and left a negative review instead. This review has nothing to do with the PerfectClick service. This person changed their review from very positive to one star because they refuse to accept the fact that we have no way to edit their Google business profile for them.
Perfect Click AI has incredible customer service. Their entire team is super responsive and provides truly helpful and informed information. Unlike other services I’ve used in the past, Perfect Click’s team is knowledgeable and professional. They provide real results tailored to your business and help boost leads incredibly quickly. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to generate more leads without paying outrageous amounts of money every month. Thank you Perfect Click, for your ongoing support.

They make some big promises so I wasn't sure if it was too good to be true, but I just had my best month ever thanks to PerfectClick. The customer support rep I talked to seemed to actually have industry experience which was reassuring. I've been using them for about two months now and this platform works better than Google ads or Facebook. The leads are also easier to close if you know what you're doing.

I’ve been working with Perfect Click AI for just over a year now, specifically with Erik, and I can confidently say they go above and beyond. Erik doesn’t just run ads for your business — he genuinely makes it feel like he’s part of your team. Throughout our time working together, we went far beyond ads and covered key areas such as improving close rates, building better systems, and understanding the importance of properly tracking leads so you can actually see your numbers clearly as a business owner. He emphasized CRM usage (I used Jobber) and showed how critical it is to know exactly where your leads are coming from. What I appreciate most is the honesty and transparency. If you put in the work on your end — having proper pricing, consistent follow-ups through a CRM and automations, and continuously improving your sales skills (scripts, rebuttals, etc.) — you will see a positive ROI. Erik truly goes the extra mile. He’s not limited to “just ads”; he genuinely cares about your success and will help wherever he can to make sure your business is profitable. I highly recommend Perfect Click AI to any business owner who’s serious about growth and willing to do their part.
