Good product
I am a very healthy 67 yo, on the lean side, but my A1C was 5.7. I took Metabolic Daily for 3 months and the A1C dropped to 5.3 with no change in my healthy diet. It can be difficult to navigate the website, and it takes a little long to get a question answered. That is why a 4, not a 5.
