I ordered this dress from Pelleline, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical. The reviews were mixed, and the price was steep, but I had to try it. When it arrived, I was thrilled-it was even more beautiful than the photos! The fabric was luxurious, the fit was perfect, and the color was stunning. I wore it to a dinner party, and everyone complimented me. It’s a keeper, and I’ll definitely be back for more. But here’s the thing-I also ordered a pair of shoes from them, and they were a disaster. The sizing was way off, and the quality was terrible. I returned them immediately, but the process was a nightmare. The customer service was slow to respond, and I felt like I was going in circles. Pelleline has some amazing pieces, but their return policy needs work. Still, I’d buy from them again if I found something I loved. It’s all about the hunt, right?

I ordered an 8.5 Casper Alligator shoe which is my normal size, they were a little big, Soodie sent me a return label and reordered a size 8. The customer service was superb and the Casper shoe although a little big, looked great when I tried them on.

Product is awesome beautiful shoes. Take down the shoes an color you don't have before customer choose what they like. Don't be in a second decision.
