I purchased 8 solar panels and 4 of them got bad, so far. The support service were excellent and they refunded all of them.

I received my solar generator and cart that I ordered quickly. Like in 4 days. But I also ordered a solar panel and didn't receive that. I emailed them and was told they are restocking them now. I feel I should have been told this when I was ordering. So I really hope we don't have a hurricane before I receive it!!
