Tyler is truly clear cut up front and transparent in delivering what he promise and beyond it: he is making sure we are getting as much as he can give you, not for your to walk out of there to take actions but for you to launch out of the weekend with actions steps and knowledge to get actionable. The staff is very attentive and encouraging, and the presenter fully engages the audience. I really like how each participant meets with a strategist multiple times.
