Peak MultifamilyReviews of peakmultifamily.com

I am learning a tremendous amount that I thought I knew, or what I didn't know before. Tyler and his company and all the assistants here are very well organized, professional and efficient. Tyler, the presenter, has a huge amount of energy. A very compelling experience!

What makes my experience to here what I’m looking for and to help me understand and to help me a long the way.

The training is better than in 2022, much improved, and we had a nice warm bunch of students who really love Tyler and his team at this class. We all love him, people like Tyler are much needed in this cold world God bless him for being so human and not just another fly in and fly out of town real estate guy. - Rebecca P. I thought the workshop had a lot of valuable information and the strategists were extremely helpful and enthusiastic about this opportunity. However, my biggest issue was the hidden $40k price tag that comes along with the MFM network. I understand you have to pay for coaching and that's fine, but it was unclear to me when I paid $1,500 for the workshop that in order for me to really have success, I would need an additional $40k to get started. Without the MFM network, this is an entirely different path to success and that should have been made clear in the initial meeting I attended.

Experience was very good. I was very skeptical, as I’ve been to quite a few of these type events over the years and they were nothing more than loud music and pump up speeches with no meat to it. This one was full of good instantly useable information. I’ve done a lot of single family flips but haven’t been able to break into the commercial side. The Information I received in the past 3 days is gonna go a long way to helping me get my first commercial deal. I will say that there is an upsell to the program and it isn’t cheap. It’s tuition level expense but for a year of direct mentorship. If that’s not what you want, don’t let that keep you from going. Although they definitely will encourage you to do the program they aren’t pushy at all. They genuinely want you to succeed. They have skin in the game so your success is important. The info you’ll get in the 3 day class is quality and actionable. Our instructor Jim was absolutely excellent. He’s the real deal and an instruction machine. If you won’t allow yourself to learn from someone as successful as Jim because of a sales pitch then I’d question your commitment. I can tell you that it’s difficult to find that kind of access to people that are that successful. The fact that he even does these classes blows me away. I look fwd to learning as much as I can from him and networking with the many others that are knocking the ball out of the park.

I learnt a lot in 3days about MultiFamily and I made great network connections. I look forward to learning more and taking action.

Truly transformative. Not your average workshop, They walk you through the process and give you everything upfront.

Amazing great connections and education excited for what’s to come
