I felt like it was bait and switch. You were showing us the other side of the fence while holding the keys to the gate. Can’t get in if you do t pay 40k

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Jim. We’re sorry to hear that the workshop left you feeling that way, and we appreciate you being direct about your experience. Our 3-day event is meant to open the door to what’s possible in multifamily investing—to teach the principles, mindset, and strategies that have helped many people get started. It’s also where we explain what deeper mentorship looks like for those ready to take the next step. Some attendees come looking for education alone, others for ongoing guidance, and we do our best to be clear about both. That said, we understand how it can feel if expectations weren’t fully aligned, and your comments help us continue refining how we present that distinction. If you’d be open to sharing more about what you hoped to gain, please reach out to us at [email protected] —we’d value the chance to learn from your perspective. —The Multifamily Mindset Team
The training is awesome and geared for all level of knowledge to follow along. I was able to grasp everything rather quickly. I enjoyed Mr Scott the speaker, and the other 3 mentors, Ryan, Jacob, Cory and Sophia. I look forward to a lifetime relationship with them!!👍🏾

As someone with real estate investment experience, I was not impressed with the level of education I received, although what was delivered was extremely necessary information, it was not structured or in depth that I was looking for $1,500. The instructor, although extremely knowledgeable and personable (a great guy, actually, as well as the entire team) jumped around continuously throughout the workbook, for the 3 days of training. I am certain there was a logical reason for this, however, for me I would have liked a more linear, structured learning process. Maybe the success rate is better in the way it was done. But again, I would have preferred it the way described earlier. Speaking of success, I left feeling I paid $1,500 to be pitched a $40,000 network. I believe the network is extremely valuable, and one that I may eventually join (@the $40,000) but i am extremely disappointed that I paid for the offer. Too much time , and I am probably being generous when I say 30% (it was perhaps half on some segments) was spent on selling the network. Huge disappointment. I have never been in a situation where I paid to be sold.

Jim the speaker was able to connect with all of us in such a way that it not be easy to walk away without gaining a friend/mentor. The rest of the staff were wonderful and very open.
