This is a pretty serious statement to make, especially considering you have never placed an order with me. Would you mind providing some proof or details showing that you actually ordered from my business? I would really appreciate the opportunity to verify this before a negative review is left on my page. Based on what I can see, I believe you may have the wrong business. If that’s the case, I kindly ask that you remove the review from my page and post it on the correct business’s page instead. I completely understand being frustrated with a company when there is a genuine issue, but I’d hate to have my business negatively impacted by a review that may have been intended for someone else. Thank you for understanding. Edit: Surprise, surprise. Still no proof of ever placing an order or being a legitimate customer. At this point, it’s pretty clear you have the wrong business. I’d appreciate it if you would remove your review and post it on the correct company’s page. Trying to sound intelligent but lacks the capability to form a complete sentence...sad

Thank you so much for the review, Shannon! I really appreciate it! I’m always working on expanding the inventory. I have six new products being sent out for testing this week, and I’m looking to add another 2–4 products by the end of October. If there are any specific products you’re interested in researching, feel free to send me an email through the Contact tab on the website. I’m always open to suggestions, and if it’s something I think there will be enough demand for, I’ll definitely consider bringing it in! Mike

Thank you so much Erica. I hope that is correct. I believe it is anyways. Took me a minute to figure it out but I am glad I was able to answer your question quickly. I have email notifications set up on my phone to get back to everyone as soon as possible. If you need any other assistance you know how to get ahold of me and I am glad to help in any way that I can. Good luck and thank you again!

Jessie! Thank you so much for the review. I know you were one of the first of my customers to take a chance and purchase from me and that means so much to me.
