Hi Lizzie, I'm sorry your order still hasn't arrived. Two weeks with no package is genuinely frustrating, and I'd like to trace it and put it right. You'll also see a short information request from Trustpilot on this, so you can share your order number or checkout email either way, or straight to [email protected] and we'll track the shipment down and sort this out. Thanks, Peachy Men Support.

Hi Andrew, I'm sorry your order never arrived. That's not the experience we want anyone to have, and I understand the frustration. I can see you've already recovered the payment through your bank, but I'd still like to understand what went wrong so we can stop it from happening again. You'll also see a short information request from Trustpilot on this, so you can share your order number or checkout email, or straight to [email protected]. Thanks, Peachy Men Support.

Hi Blake, thank you for the honest and detailed feedback. I'm sorry the gummies didn't work for you and left you feeling unwell. That's genuinely not what we want for anyone, and everyone's system reacts differently. I'd like to make it right. You'll see a short information request from Trustpilot on this too, so you can share your order number or checkout email either through that or straight to [email protected], and I'll make sure you're looked after. I've also noted your comments about our emails and passed them to the team. Thanks, Peachy Men Support.

Hi Patrick, I'm so sorry for the frustration here, waiting on an order that was confirmed and then hearing nothing is genuinely upsetting, and I understand why you feel let down. I'd really like to look into what happened and make it right for you. You'll see a short information request from Trustpilot on this too, so whenever you have a moment you can share your order number or checkout email either through that or straight to [email protected]. I'll personally make sure it's looked after. Thank you for your patience. Thanks, Peachy Men Support.

Hi Yoyogi, thanks for the honest take. Fair enough, our products won't be the right fit for everyone, and we're not trying to be the cheapest option out there. If a grocery store version works for you, that's great. Appreciate you taking the time to share your view. Thanks, Peachy Men Support.
