To whom it may concern, I need an immediate refund. You advertise 24hrs to get an ESA letter. I have called multiple times and even requested a supervisor in the last 2 days and no one has reached out to me or can provide an update. Please refund $98 immediately. You are frauds! Oh you got my full name it’s the receipt I sent you and the emails and the requests for a supervisor and the BBB complaint I filed stop playing with me!
